Contacted ADheat for assistance in finding a fault with our Vailant boiler. From the first dealing I had with them, they were absolutely superb. Very professional and courteous from the outset. They fully explained their charges in advance of booking the appointment, which is brilliant, as it avoids any unexpected surprises later on! Our engineer was great. Very informative and explained exactly what he was doing and why it was needed. Found the fault within the first hour, and then rectified it quickly and efficiently. All in all, took just under 2 hours and no parts needed. Would 100% recommend them, and will certainly be using them again for other work in the future.

We found ADheat to be a thorough competent, and professional plumbing company. The ease at which they were able to deal with our matter in hand. Sent pictures to our contact via Whatsapp, and received quote the same day. We didn't have to wait weeks on end, as he had his extensive team of plumbers to undertake work as soon as quote excepted. Work completed within half a day, and a few days after the work done, we received the invoice, which we duly paid the following day. Very happy with the finished work, and would like to thank Alfie, and Josh for their service.
